Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide you with the time you need with a provider when you need it. We do offer same day type appointments everyday for urgent care issues. Please remember though there might be times when your provider’s schedule may be full or they are out of the office. During those times we encourage you to make an appointment with one of our other providers for that visit. This will not change your primary care provider. We generally are not able to take walk-in visits so please call ahead. We have early and/or late hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

We know and understand that day to day life can be challenging and sometimes an emergency can have you running late for an appointment.  If this happens, please call our office to let us know, often we can move you to a later time. If you have a need to change an appointment date or time, please call 24 hours in advance to do so or this will be considered a no show.  Also if you call for a sick visit for that same day and need to cancel it we require you call 4 hours in advance or it will also be considered a no show appointment.  We frown on no shows for appointments.  If you miss 3 appointments without calling or any other 3 no show appointments, we will not be able to see you again.  We are flexible, just remember to call.
